Dive into Virginia Beach Public Utilities development of a risk assessment simulation model (RASM) that quantifies risks associated with temporary (or permanent) shutdown of existing water facilities, including water mains, pump stations, and tanks.

We’ll also go into a high level overview of model development and share a case-study will demonstrating how the Public Utilities and Fire Departments use the RASM to identify and mitigate risks due to water facility shutdown.
