Inside Sales Representative (UK)

Innovyze is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our UK team. Working from Newbury or Wallingford offices you will be responsible for all non customer-facing sales activity required for their respective territories.  ISRs will have direct responsibility for the entire quote-order-process for products and services sales that are assigned to the ISR teams.  In addition, ISRs will have sales activities aligned to their RSM territories that will support the selling process for the teams.  This activity includes, but is not limited to, lead qualification, lead nurturing, opportunity creating, funnel management, activity tracking, support renewals and customer relationship management.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospect

Qualifications & Experience

  • ‘A’ player with proven track record of success selling software applications
  • Must have 3+ years Software Sales experience
  • Individual must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations
  • Experience with is valuable
  • Tenacity, wit and energy to get in front of prime targets and build relationships with new and existing Innovyze clients
