To protect communities against the blight of flood risk Lead Local Flood Authorities (LLFAs) are required to establish and maintain:
- A register of structures or features which, in the opinion of the authority, are likely to have a significant effect on a flood risk in its area
- A record of information about each of those structures or features, including information about location, ownership and state of repair
Failure to act on these requirements opens up LLFAs to intense scrutiny and significantly increases flood risk to people, homes, the environment and businesses. With funding scarcer than ever, it is important to understand the role of smart technology solutions in supporting compliance in an efficient and effective manner.
In this webinar Innovyze will:
- Provide an overview of the challenges associated with compliance
- Demonstrate how solutions can assist implementation of all aspects required throughout the life cycle: design, modelling, asset management & risk management
