Last month, a room of 91 water enthusiasts attended the 2019 Water Engineers’ Workshop in South Korea held at Indeok University, hosted by the Korea Water Resources Association. The event ran over two days from August 28th to the 29th.
The interactive program was designed to provide hands-on training for water engineers and students using the latest in water infrastructure software. The 1st day training program, organised by Hydrosoft, focused on designing rainfall-runoff reduction facilities for urban river basins.
Among 70 participants of the 1st day training, half were currently-enrolled university students while the other half were engineers who are actively working in the industry.
The training session went smoothly with some of the participants enthusiastic in learning the new tools that InfoWorks ICM provides in comparison to the XPSWMM experience that they already had. The workshop turned out to be a great opportunity to show the benefits of InfoWorks ICM for the advanced integrated modelling software that it is and display the ease in modelling complex hydraulic and hydrologic network elements quickly, accurately and collaboratively.
We’re looking forward to the next session! Click here to learn more about InfoWorks ICM
