    Determining how much and where the water is being consumed is a key component of water distribution modeling. InfoWater / InfoWater Pro take account of consumption data from any source (including meter readings, billing records, and telemetered system flows), and estimates from consumer characteristics (such as population, land use, or traffic counts), then automates the geographical allocation of demand to ensure the accuracy of hydraulic network models.

    InfoWater / InfoWater Pro simulate the movement, concentration, and fate of water quality constituents (such as chlorine and fluoride residuals) as they travel through the network – which is key for drinking water compliance. The two programs model water age, and compute over time the percentage of water originating from any specified source location.
