Bristol Water have had a long working relationship with Innovyze, dating back to the first version of InfoWorks WS, in which Bristol Water were heavily involved with beta testing. Owing to its flexibility across various network modelling requirements and its usability, InfoWorks was subsequently adopted by Bristol Water. In the years since, Innovyze have been both helpful and accommodating when it comes to support and implementation of ideas/software functionality enhancements. It is also reassuring to know every six months there will be a formal version release with new features and improvements.
