Long before asset management became mainstream, Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) programs for sanitary sewer collection systems were promoted to reduce sanitary sewer overflows. The basic premise of a CMOM program was to have an operational view of your sanitary sewer network and manage it for optimal performance. Doing this was easier said than done from a data management perspective of bringing together maps, work orders, inspection records, condition assessments, hydraulic modeling, and even real-time SCADA data among others. This webinar will show how best to integrate these data for day to day maintenance operations that can and should feed hydraulic modeling for better capacity management of the network.
